Dunning letter or opomena za neplaćanje računa
Nažalost, u današnje vrijeme ovakav tip opomena je sve učestaliji...jeste li se zapitali kako prevesti isti termin na engleski jezik?
Evo mala pomoć...
DUNNING LETTER (or more formally LETTER OF COLLECTION) is a notification sent to a customer, stating that the customer is overdue in paying an account receivable to the sender. Dunning letters typically follow a progression from polite reminders to more strident demands for payment, if the customer continues to be non-responsive in paying.

However, do not confuse it with COLLECTION LETTER as it means the following:
Seller or exporter's order that accompanies a demand draft or time draft (with shipping and other collection documents) and instructs the collecting and remitting banks on interest charges, demurrage charges etc. Also called COLLECTION ORDER .
