Business Communication Tools

If one of the typical sentences when describing your English proficiency is the following:
I speak English very fluently and understand everything, but when I say something it never ‘sounds’ as good as I would like it to...”
then your choice should be the Business Communication Tools Course.

Business Communication Tools are intended for everyone who wants to improve their written, spoken, and presentation skills. They are conducted in English, but are universally applicable into other languages as well.

The Business Communication Tools Course consist of three modules:

Module 1 – Formal Register

The formal register refers to a style of communication for English speakers who, in a business environment, have contact with and a need to use a business or professional way of expressing themselves.

While the Logical English Grammar Course focuses on acquiring key elements that teach learners how to think in English, the Formal Register Module elevates expression to a new level.

In this module, you will learn a formula that will help you use the correct style of expression in any business situation—whether it is business socializing over dinner, giving a presentation, or writing correspondence to company management. We will teach you the golden rule of switching from informal to formal register, work on developing fluency in speech, and present you with 10 rules of perfect professional expression.

In a way, this module—like the Logical English Grammar—approaches things from a different perspective, but unlike the grammar course, this approach is applicable to both English and other 'Western culture' languages.

Module 2 – Business Correspondence

The second step in upgrading business communication is the Business Correspondence module, where you will learn how to write business emails and letters using standard, established phrases, and how to prepare reports with the help of small “secrets” of great reports.

A correctly written email or letter is a key factor in creating a positive impression in communication and in demonstrating professionalism in business. Writing reports is a daily task for business professionals, so this module—along with mastering standard report-writing phrases—also focuses on report creation through case studies and practical examples.

Module 3 – Presentation Skills

The third and final module covers Presentation Skills, where the goal is to shift focus, properly structure a presentation, and effectively argue a business idea using useful presentation phrases.

Confident mastery of presentation skills is extremely important in many aspects of business life. Precise communication of ideas and clear, understandable expression help the speaker achieve persuasiveness and deliver an effective message. A high-quality presentation or public appearance of any kind greatly helps in leaving a good impression on interlocutors and/or audiences, thereby facilitating further cooperation and business progress.

With the help of this tool, you will understand how to use business English as an instrument that shapes your business ideas in a systematic, clear, and impactful way.

Alongside standard presentation phrases, this module also focuses on developing logical linking and presentation of business ideas with arguments, where the learned tools serve as an almost invisible connective tissue of your presentation.
