Classes take place live via Zoom, in small groups of up to 6 participants, through interactive discussions of current and relevant legal topics. The discussions bring together legal professionals from Croatia, other EU Member States and beyond, giving participants the opportunity to engage with different perspectives, professional experiences and ways of communicating in English.

Through the DROP-IN app, which you can easily save to the home screen of your mobile device, tablet, laptop or computer, you can access the weekly class schedule at any time and choose the session that works best for you.

Each week, you can choose from six Legal English conversation sessions. Booking a session is quick and easy – directly through the app.

You can change or cancel your booked session up to 3 hours before it starts – as many times as you wish.

What are DROP-IN lessons like?

Each session lasts 60 minutes and is held online via Zoom, in small groups of no more than 6 participants. Through discussions of current and relevant legal topics, participants engage in discussions that reflect a professional environment, expand and refine their legal terminology, and develop greater confidence and precision in communicating in English in a variety of professional situations.

Do I need to speak perfect English?

No. The recommended minimum level of English is B1. The teacher guides the discussion to ensure that everyone can participate actively and provides individual feedback.

Do I need to prepare before class?

You will receive the topic, context and brief preparation guidelines in advance in the weekly topic overview. This allows you to choose the topics that interest you most and, if you wish, prepare for active participation.

Do I have to participate actively?

Yes. DROP-IN is designed for active speaking practice, and small groups ensure that every participant has enough opportunity to speak. Your camera and microphone must be switched on during the class.

What does the package include?

Each package includes 5 classes, which you can use during the new cycle, until 14 December 2026. The price of one package is €70.

How can I pay for the package?
You can purchase the package via the Drop-In app using the link below. You can pay by any payment card, as well as via Google Pay or Apple Pay.

How do I book a session?

After purchasing your selected Drop-In package, you will automatically receive a Product Order confirmation email. It will contain your Certificate Code and a link to the class schedule, i.e. Schedule.

Click on Schedule to select and book your sessions. Your Certificate Code will be applied in the final step of the booking process by clicking Apply Coupon Code, bringing the final price of the selected session to EUR 0.

You can check the number of sessions remaining in your package at any time by clicking Check Code Balance at the bottom of the page.

Can I cancel a booked session?

You can cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the class starts and select another session. Email reminders will be sent 24 hours, 6 hours and 1 hour before the start of the class.

How can I find out what will be discussed in a particular DROP-IN session?
We regularly publish the topics for the following week on our website, in the News section, as well as on our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook) channels, so we invite you to follow us.
Also, every weekend, DROP-IN participants receive a direct email with an overview of the topics scheduled for the following week, allowing them to plan ahead and choose the sessions and topics that interest them most. 

Can I suggest discussion topics?

Yes. When booking each class, you can provide information about your professional context and areas of interest, as well as suggest topics you would like to discuss. We will do our best to include your suggestions in our upcoming schedules.
